Refund policy

Returns
We have 30 days return policy from the date you have received the manual.
To be eligibe for a return, your item must not have been downloaded. Clicking to download initiates a download, and this initialization is what we define as a download.
To complete your return process, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase of your item.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we will receive your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are incorrect. If you need to exchange it, you can send us an email at xpertsmanual@gmail.com.
